Greg moved to Alamosa in February of 1974 where his father was the manager of the local J.C. Penney Store. After graduating from Alamosa High in 1977 he attended Adams State College where he married his high school sweetheart Cindy in 1980 and soon afterwards graduated with a degree in History/Government in 1981.

Upon graduation from college Greg and Cindy headed to Golden Colorado for a short time so Cindy could work on her continued schooling at Colorado School of Mines. In 1982 they came back to the Alamosa where Greg worked with his father for 32 years in the family-owned business of True Value Hardware and Radio Shack. After closing the store in May of 2013 Greg joined the staff at Living Water in Nov. of 2013.
Greg and Cindy have been members of Living Water since 1982 and feel very blessed to have been able to raise 3 children in a small community where the abundant resources of God’s magnificent creation are so accessible and easy to enjoy! If you love the outdoors it is hard to do any better than the San Luis Valley!
